| |  Yesterday I had a wonderful anti-cellulite bath with essential oils, and all I can say is: DAMN, IT WORKS! As you get into the bathtub you feel your body sooooo light! After the bath your legs are slimmer, I swear... Girls, you all should try! Look for natural products with essential oils in them, such as cedarwood, cypress, geranium, grapefruit, juniper berry...they really do their job! :)
intake: * breakfast: green tea, 2 biscuits * lunch: veggie soup, a little bread * snack: ananas juice, 4 yogurt cups, cereals, 6 biscuits, wild berries (yeah, I binged cuz I was nervous...it's so frustrating...) * dinner: green tea ***fitness: 50 minutes stepper, abs abs abs, inner thigh exercises
