| | I took some pictures to remind me how terribly fat I am (5'5'' x 153 lbs...oh-my-god!!!!)...I feel so bad when I'm looking in the mirror, I wish I was totally different: I wish I was skinny.... I've been craving all day for chocolate...and now I'm sipping a wonderful low-cal hot chocolate! I made it with: skimmed milk, plain yogurt, water, cacao powder, a little sugar and....coconut flour! Yummy! I'll obviously skip dinner and train a lot, but I really needed something sweet today!
My intake so far: breakfast: 1 cup yogurt lunch: tiny slice of pizza (no cheese and no yeast) snack: hot chocolate + 2 cups of hot water with apple cider vinegar fitness: I walked a lot today...tonight, before going to the cinema, I'll train on my stepper, 50 minutes will be ok...and crunches of course...
